본 개인정보처리방침은 (주)에듀마인에서 제공하는 Grace Bible 앱에 적용됩니다.
This privacy policy applies to the Grace Bible app provided by (주)에듀마인 (Edumine Inc.).

제1조 (목적) (주)에듀마인(이하 ‘회사’)은 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

제2조 (수집하는 개인정보의 항목) 회사는 서비스 이용 과정에서 다음과 같은 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 단, 이용자가 해당 기능을 사용하지 않는 경우(예: 비회원 이용, 권한 거부 등)에는 수집하지 않습니다.

  1. 서비스 이용 시 자동 수집 (공통): 기기 식별 고유번호, 앱 이용 기록, 접속 로그, 쿠키

  2. 회원 가입 및 고객 문의 시 (해당 시): 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 프로필 사진

  3. 유료 결제 시 (해당 시): 결제 기록 (결제는 구글/애플이 대행하므로 당사는 결제 완료 여부만 저장)

제3조 (개인정보의 처리 목적) 수집한 개인정보는 다음의 목적을 위해서만 이용합니다.

  1. 서비스 제공 및 운영 (본인 확인, 서비스 이용 기록 관리)

  2. 고객 문의 응대 및 민원 처리

제4조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간) 회사는 원칙적으로 이용자가 회원 탈퇴를 요청하거나, 어플리케이션(프로그램)을 삭제하는 경우 수집된 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관계 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존이 필요한 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

제5조 (제3자 제공 및 위탁) 회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 서비스 향상 및 안정적인 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 외부 전문 업체에 위탁하여 운영할 수 있습니다.

  • 위탁 대상: Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Analytics)

  • 위탁 업무: 앱 데이터 분석, 광고 게재, 서버 운영

제6조 (이용자의 권리 및 데이터 삭제 요청) 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정을 요청할 수 있으며, 계정 삭제 및 개인정보 파기를 요청할 수 있습니다.

  • 삭제 요청 방법: 앱 내 ‘설정 > 탈퇴’ 메뉴 이용 또는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일 문의

제7조 (개인정보 보호책임자) 회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하고 불만 처리를 위해 아래와 같이 책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

부칙 이 약관은 2025년 12월 4일부터 시행합니다.

This privacy policy applies to the Grace Bible app provided by (주)에듀마인 (Edumine Inc.).

Article 1 (Purpose) EduMine Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is committed to protecting the personal information of users who use the services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected) The Company may collect the following information during the use of the Service. However, if the user does not use the corresponding function (e.g., non-member use, denial of permission), such information is not collected.

  1. Automatically collected (Common): Device ID, App usage records, Access logs, Cookies

  2. Upon registration or inquiry (If applicable): Email address, Nickname, Profile picture

  3. Upon payment (If applicable): Payment records (Payments are processed by Google/Apple; the Company only stores payment completion status)

Article 3 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) The collected personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

  1. Service provision and operation (Identity verification, Service usage management)

  2. Customer support and handling of inquiries

Article 4 (Retention and Usage Period) In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay when the user requests membership withdrawal or deletes the application/program. However, if preservation is required by relevant laws, it will be retained for the specified period.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties and Entrustment) The Company does not provide personal information to external parties without the user’s consent. However, for service improvement and stable operation, the following tasks may be entrusted to external professional companies:

  • Trustee: Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Analytics)

  • Entrusted Task: App data analysis, Ad serving, Server operation

Article 6 (User Rights and Data Deletion Request) Users may view or request modification of their personal information at any time, and may request account deletion and data destruction.

  • How to request deletion: Use the ‘Settings > Delete Account’ menu within the app or contact the Privacy Officer below via email.
